Please Review all information carefully



All prices quoted are per person, are shown in Canadian currency and do include GST on
Canadian tours. Tour rates are applicable at time of this website being updated and are
based on costs of current accommodation, fuel and exchange rates.
All-Star Tours reserves the right to alter the published price, if needed without notice.
Passengers expressly agree to pay All-Star Tours such additional sums that may
result from any such increase in costs and currency exchange rate.
It should be understood that our rates include our administration, planning and
operational expenses. All tour itineraries are subject to change without prior notice.



Deposits & Payments
All-Star Tours requires a deposit of not less than $100.00 on a per person basis.
This amount of deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 90 days of departure.



Final Payment
Final payment is required in our office generally 45 days prior to tour departure.
Tours booked after the stated final payment deadline, require full payment at time of booking.



Forms of Payment
All-Star Tours accepts MasterCard, VISA, cash, personal cheques or money order.
Any NSF cheques will incur a $30.00 charge.



U.S. Tours
All-Star Tours accepts no responsibility for expenses or delays and other problems at
border crossings. Passengers must carry necessary proof of citizenship documentation.
A current passport is preferable. The only other acceptable proof required is a birth
certificate or citizenship card combined with photo ID. New residency cards must be
shown by all landed immigrants. Anyone denied entry at the border in either direction is
responsible for any costs incurred as a result, where upon, All-Star Tours will deem the
individual’s tour cancelled and non-refundable.



All-Star Tours does not discriminate against persons on the basis of disability.
However, All-Star Tours requires that if you have any medical, physical and/or any
other special requirements, that these be brought to the attention of our
representative at time of booking your tour reservations.



Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your trip, providing All-Star Tours receives written notification of
cancellation. Please see below for cancellation deadline stipulations and penalties.
* In addition to the penalties listed below, any costs of tickets, admissions, nonrefundable
deposits and any other expenses incurred by All-Star Tours are nonrefundable
at anytime following full payment and will also be deducted from any refunds.
Unused features of any tour are non-refundable and no-shows forfeit entire payment.

Cancellation Charges
Prior to Departure
90 + days Full refund, minus $25.00 administration services*
89- 60 days Registration fee, minus $100.00 deposit*
59 – 45days 50% penalty*
44 – 30 days 75% penalty*
29 – 0 days 100% penalty*
Cancellation of tour notice must be in writing to All-Star Tours. office by either
regular mail or e-mail to be in effect, at no cost to All-Star Tours.
The effective date, is the date All-Star Tours receives written notification of the cancellation.

Travel Insurance
You should not travel outside Canada without adequate medical insurance,
especially if you have any pre-existing medical condition or concern.
Manitoba Blue Cross may offer packages with the level of coverage you require.
Please note that any insurance coverage purchased from Manitoba Blue Cross or any
other insurance provider, are exclusive outside of All-Star Tours packages.
Therefore, any refunds or claims are subject to the insurance providers policies and
provisions and All-Star Tours assumes no financial responsibility, nor liability for these

Cancellation Responsibility
All-Star Tours reserves the right to cancel all or part of the tour at its reasonable
discretion. If All-Star Tours cancels the entire tour, you will receive a full refund of
amounts paid. If All-Star Tours cancels a portion of the tour due to weather or any other
reasons beyond its control, there will be no refund. For other partial cancellations by
All-Star Tours, you may receive a refund for the value of the cancelled portion as
determined by All-Star Tours in a fair and equitable manner.

Meals are not included, unless otherwise specified in the individual tour description.

Rooms are always assigned by the hotel in an impartial fashion; they do try to
accommodate our request to the best of their ability, but such requests are not guaranteed.
Also, non-smoking rooms are not guaranteed, as most hotels / motels have a limited
number of these rooms available. Please notify our office at time of reservation if you
have any allergies or specials needs that require you to be close to the elevator and will
submit a request on your behalf. Furthermore, not all hotels/motels have elevators;
therefore at time of reserving, please notify the All-Star Tours representative if you
require a room that is on the main floor. All rooms are booked on a one or two bed basis.
Cots are available upon request at most hotels/motels, however they are not guaranteed
due to demand and extra charges may apply.

Tour members are limited to one large suitcase per person. For handbags and travel/carry
on bags, these can be placed in the over head racks. You are responsible for the handling
of any handbags and travel/carry on bags. Please note on U.S. tours your luggage may be
requested to go through security checks, this is something All-Star Tours has no control
over. All-Star Tours recommends that you do not lock your luggage on travel days going
through border crossings. All-Star Tours will not be liable for any loss, or delay of, or
damage to baggage while not in its care. Nor will it assume any liability for any loss,
delay or damage to breakable or perishable items, medicine, or other valuables.
All-Star Tours assumes no liability for property you may leave unattended in the passenger
compartment of the coach, either during or at the conclusion of the tour.
All baggage must fit in the compartment of the coach.

Medications should always be carried in your handbag and or travel/carry on
bags in case of emergencies.

Federal law prohibits smoking on board the motor coach.
Frequent stops are made which give passengers the opportunity to smoke.

Departures can at most times be arranged almost anywhere en route.
Time and place of departure will be shown on your pre-departure documents.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available in any denomination and/or for any of our coach tours.

Group Bookings
If you are interested in booking a group for any of our tours,
or a tour of your own, we will be pleased to accommodate you.
Please call for our group coordinators incentive program.

Early Booking Discounts
An Early-Bird Bonus is offered on a select number of our tours and will be specified in
the Tour Description. Inquire about this offer at time of booking your tour.

All-Star Tours Ltd. reserves the right to vary itineraries and schedules if unforeseen
conditions beyond our control necessitate changes without notice.
We shall substitute the best alternatives available.
During local or national holidays, certain features may be limited or unavailable.
In such instances, and whenever possible, adjustments,
and substitutions may be made to minimize inconveniences. All arrival and departure times
are listed as “local times” and are approximate, as they may vary due to inclement
weather, road construction, etc.

Company Liability Policy
All-Star Tours (The Company) has made arrangements for the tour services described.
The carriers providing transportation services, hotels and other suppliers providing tour
services are independent contractors, and are not the agents, employees or servants of, or
in joint ventures with All-Star Tours or it affiliates. All certificates and other travel
documents for tour services issued by All-Star Tours are subject to the terms and
conditions specified by the supplier and to the laws of the countries in which the services
are supplied. All vouchers, coupons, receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms
and conditions specified by these suppliers.



By agreeing to utilize the services of All-Star Tours by reservation of and deposit
or payment for any tour, you the tour participant agrees that that it is a condition of
participation of any tour provided by All-Star Tours that you as a participant do so at
your sole risk. That neither All-Star Tours or its affiliates, nor its or their employees or
agents, its owners, directors, officers, members, volunteers, organizers, representatives,
successors, and assigns from and against all claims, actions, demands, costs and expenses
in respect to death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property and any detainment
due to, but not limited to hospitalization, law enforcement incarceration, howsoever
caused arising out of or in connection with my taking part in the tour.




The tour participant further agrees, acknowledges, understands and accepts that
by utilizing the services of All-Star Tours, that the Company is not financially liable, nor
responsible for their not being able to attend the tour due to, but not limited to road
closures, cancellation of the event, Acts of God, traffic accidents, stadium security entry
refusal or eviction, mechanical concerns, security or emergency circumstances, nor shall
All-Star Tours be liable for any delay, postponement, event rescheduling, inconvenience,
loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical or
mental, resulting from, but not limited to the act or omission of
All-Star Tours or its affiliates, or employees or agents.




Further, the tour participant agrees that neither All-Star Tours nor its affiliates, their
employees or agents, shall be liable for any damage, loss, claim, cost or expense arising
out of personal injury, accident or death, loss, damage or delay of baggage or other
property, resulting from: (1) The act or omission on the part of any person other than
All-Star Tours or its employees; (2) Acts of God, sickness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical
breakdown, government actions, weather, or any other cause beyond
All-Star Tours’ direct control.




The tour participant also understands that for the safety and enjoyment of all participants,
that if the Company deems necessary, he/she may be removed from the tour and/or
detained by law enforcement officials and/or declined any further participation in the
Event at anytime without warning and/or compensation as stated in the above paragraph.
The tour participant also acknowledges that if he/she chooses to leave their vehicle and
its contents on the Winnipeg Football Clubs’ property (parking lot of Maroons Road and
St James) for the duration of the tour, that he/she does so entirely at their own risk and
hereby waives and releases the Company and the Winnipeg Football Club from all
claims, actions, demands, costs and expenses in respect to any and all damage and/or loss
of their vehicle and/or property.




No person, other than a representative of All-Star Tours, authorized by a document in
writing, may vary, add or waive any term or condition in described tours, including any
term or condition set forth in the preceding provisions. Written notice of any claim
against All-Star Tours must be received no later than seven (7) days after the date that
services were provided to a tour participant.




The tour participant also agrees that this agreement shall be binding upon their self, their
heirs, executors and administrators. All terms, conditions, schedules and rates are subject
to change without notice.
